Single Self Assumption

Is there another way to perceive ourselves?

Spring Creek Station, 1:45 pm

We all typically think of ourselves as a single self. Yet we use language such as: “I wasn’t in my right mind.” “I wasn’t myself that day” “I don’t know what I was thinking.” I’d like to explore the idea of the single self and share some content which might blow your mind.

Good mental Health

Can good mental health be described as "being in the right mind at the right time"? We all have periods where we feel out of sorts, disconnected, distanced even.

Internal dialogue

We have a constant internal dialogue with ourselves. How is that possible if we are truly a 'single self'?

Differences in our partners

Have you ever felt that at times your partner is two different people? That you can notice stark differences in behaviour from one day to the next?

Mind sets

What does it mean when we talk about mind sets? When we develop a new mindset are we developing an alter ego?
