We’ve all been hurt during the course of our lives. We’ve had to learn to forgive and we’ve had to accept forgiveness from others. We’ve also had to learn how to forgive ourselves. But what if the person who has offended or hurt us is unrepentant? What pathways do we have to go forward?

What role does trust play in forgiveness? What role does it play in our pathway to finding or bestowing forgiveness.

Forms of Forgivness

What ways can we demonstrate our forgiveness:

- re-attributing trust?

- showing affection

- conversation or verbal acknowledgment

Never forgive?

Are the scenarios where it is impossible to forgive, even justifiable?

What are the consequences of holding unforgiveness?

Forgiving Self

One of the mysteries of life I've encountered is that sometimes I hide emotions, feelings and attitudes deep within me. Uncovering is part of the journey of self-discovery.
