Follow up workshop. We will pull apart a traditional leadership style: Coercive Leadership (as per Daniel Goleman’s work). Consider the how and why, the benefits and limitations of this style of leadership. This will be an opportunity to consider real life scenarios, to workshop how you might respond to coercive tactics and how and when you might use them to make progress on what matter’s most.
We all consider confidence a positive attribute and arrogance a negative attribute. Are they two ways of being that could be considered as being on the same spectrum? What is the tipping point where it moves from positive to negative?
